An outdoor workshop. Event is open to those who have completed intro workshop or who have solicited specific permission from the coordinators to attend.
Meet at Cape Cod Yoga Center
11:30 am to 2:30 pm. 2.5 mile walk on pavement.
Rain or shine. Please Dress appropriately
for both inside & outside activities. Tea & cookies at
the studio following the walk.
