Info: Richard Streitfeld is a CPA with a rather unique background. He practiced Buddhism and directed an international meditation center for seven years. He then went mainstream, becoming a Certified Public Accountant but maintaining a healthy and relaxed perspective (taxes a b-tch, call Rich) that he tries to impart to his clients.
Rich is a partner in the RI CPA firm Aaronson Lavoie Streitfeld Diaz & Co. Despite his irreverence, Rich is entirely professional. He loves to help businesses form and prosper, and has been a pioneer in new accounting niches. In 2003, he helped develop the first financial planning seminar in R.I. for same-sex couples. Rich enjoys promoting his clients, and is a board member of Second Story Theatre in Warren, RI. He is also the Treasurer of the NEHCC.
