Info: As a personal trainer/fitness coach for over 12 years, I have had the pleasure of working with hundreds of people of all ages and fitness levels. With a Bachelors degree as a foundation, I have also pursued certification as well and many additional fitness and wellness related educational opportunities. I am also currently enrolled in the New England Institute of Whole Health working my way to becoming a Whole Health Educater. I work with people both in their home and at area health clubs on Cape Cod and S. Eastern Massachusetts. It is my passion and desire to help as many people as possible to incorporate more fitness and wellness into their lives so they too can benefit from all that is available from living a more balanced and healthier lifestyle.
